On December 15, four young men were arrested in a massive drug bust in Harris County, Texas. The men were all charged with manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance, which included more than 400 grams of meth. This offense could include numerous years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.
Police reported that the amount of drugs discovered were worth $1 million. At a warehouse on the 4800 block of W. 34th Street authorities discovered a horde of pills made of methamphetamines but made to resemble ecstasy. It has been suggested that the suspects pressed thousands of pill each day for distribution and sale.
Secondary Location Discovered
Others were arrested at a nearby location and were a part of the same operation as the other group. This secondary spot was located on the 1000 block of Pinemont Dr., where another large horde of pills was discovered along with counterfeit money and codeine syrup. A warrant for a fifth person tied to the drug bust was also issued.
